Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or 3D printed items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will make it right.
